Now, I don't want to get into salt rubbing here, but hasn't New England now lost 3 SBs in a row? Maybe more. I've not got my records to hand, but of the top of my head they obviously lost to the Panthers this year, I think the Eagles last and was it my Saints the year before? Or was their a Steeler win in there somewhere? Can't remember, but it's a funny old world ain't it. After this season the only question left is what on earth did the Bengals do to beat the Panthers during the season! |

I think you're right, Paul - 3 straight SB losses for the Bills Pats.
It was back in the dark days of season 6 (I think) that Lionel's Steelers shamefully edged out my dominating Giants. |

To me Season 6 was full of light. |

As John says, the Pats win at last. I must pass on my congrats to him, a great win as the nominal 'away team' winning at the Falscons, a team my saints managed to loose to 3 teams this season. While a part of me was hoping that another team from (what I've always said) a realy strong NFC West would win the SB, and a bigger part would have found a little hunour in a 4th in a row Pats loss, plaudits must go to tha John for a realy strong franchise and worthy winners Salute |
